A lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with sea views, air-conditioning and private swimming pool located in the pretty area of Montes Juntos on the hillside above Vale de Parra, with lovely views to the coast, on a quiet country lane with restaurants and bars at the bottom of the lane, approximately 1km. The villa is just a few minute’s drive to some of the finest beaches in the Algarve.

Accommodation
Ground Floor: Entrance hallway with feature inlaid brick domed ceiling leading to lounge, with patio doors to garden and pool terraces. Here you will find Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, comfortable sofas and a pool table. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a separate utility room that houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 twin bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. Completing the ground floor is a full bathroom with shower over bath.

First Floor:
On the first floor is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath. Doors from the master bedroom lead out to a very spacious and partly shaded sun terrace with lovely sea and coastal views.

Outside is a swimming pool (8m x 4m) with corner Roman step entry and a feature long bench inside the pool perfect for sitting on hot sunny days. There is a lovely covered BBQ area with table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining.

The property is completely walled and fenced with electrically operated gates.

A child can be accommodated on a z-bed at an additional charge of £85 per week.
